No, there is no deposit required. You only pay the rental fee.

We offer M, L, and XL crates to suit all breeds. If you’re unsure which size is right for your dog, your vet’s recovery recommendation or your dog’s measurements will help guide the choice.

Are the crates clean and safe?

What if my dog doesn’t like being in a crate?
Crate comfort varies from dog to dog. We recommend introducing a familiar blanket, and positive association. Most dogs adjust very quickly when the crate feels safe and cosy.
What if the crate is damaged during use?
Minor wear from normal use is expected. If significant damage occurs, please contact us — we’ll assess it case by case, always striving to be fair and understanding.
How do I return the crate?
Returns are effortless. You will schedule collection date when you complete the booking form. Simply have the crate ready for pick-up on the arranged day — we handle the rest.
